Booking
How do I make a booking with SpanishBreak?
Booking with SpanishBreak is a simple process that begins with an initial quote through our website. You will be guided through the rest of the process by one of our expert planners. When should I make my booking?
When it comes to events, as early as possible! The earlier you book, the more likely you will be to get the best prices, deals and availability. Do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your plans with one of our experts!
What kind of deposit is required?
We require just an initial 50€ deposit for your group. With this payment made our experts will set about finding your group the best possible prices and will return to you with an updated quote.
How can I make payments to SpanishBreak?
You can make payments using our secure online portal or over the phone. We are located in Barcelona, so we are happy to accept up to 50% of your payment in cash when you arrive here to avoid large one-off payments.
The event needs to be very soon but we haven’t booked anything – how can SpanishBreak help me?
We are based in Barcelona and we have close links with the restaurants, clubs and businesses here. Don’t hesitate to get in touch at short notice and we will see what we can do for you.
Flights
Is it possible for my group to book flights with SpanishBreak?
Given that there are lots of different arrangements between members in each group, it is much easier for groups to set about booking their own flights. Our experts are available to advise and assist you, should you need any help.
Accommodation
Where is your accommodation located?
At SpanishBreak we have great relationships with hotels, hostels and private apartment owners all across Barcelona. Whether you would like to stay in the centre of the city or already have a particular preference just let your booking expert know.
What type of accommodation do you have?
We have lots of options available for accommodation, ranging all the way from apartments, hostels and low-cost accommodation to 3 and 4 star hotels.

What sets the activities of SpanishBreak apart from other events companies?
We are based in Barcelona so we know the city and the companies here inside out! Whatever you want for your event, we can set about securing you the best prices according to your schedule and itinerary.
Can I choose the exact time for the activities?
Our planning experts will do their best to ensure that you get the times that you like, so make sure that you book as soon as possible before your date! A little bit of flexibility will also help to ensure that you get all of the activities that you want into your weekend.
