Flamenco : nous commen\u00e7ons cette s\u00e9rie de danses par la plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre d’Espagne : le flamenco ! Le flamenco occupe une place importante dans la culture espagnole et surtout en Andalousie, o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9.<\/p>

La pole dance : la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9 cette danse comme vulgaire et exhibitionniste, et il est vrai que cette danse est s\u00fbrement la plus sexy, cependant, c’est aussi l’une des plus physiques ! En effet, tout votre corps travaille et les muscles sont travaill\u00e9s en profondeur pendant l’entra\u00eenement, car cette pratique m\u00e9lange la gymnastique, la danse et le fitness, alors nous vous conseillons d’essayer, vous ne serez pas d\u00e9\u00e7u !<\/p>

Le Twerk : \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 danse du cul, cette pratique a une histoire que vous ne connaissez s\u00fbrement pas. En effet, cette danse est n\u00e9e au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990 \u00e0 la Nouvelle-Orl\u00e9ans, sur la sc\u00e8ne de DJ Jubilee. Le DJ aurait utilis\u00e9 le premier mot de la chanson Do the Jubilee All en 1993.<\/p>
